In 2022, the merger of LeaseLabs and G5 under RealPage prompted the integration of over 30 employees into a cohesive unit. As the Creative Director for its branding division, I collaborated with other leads to unify teams, streamline processes, enhance brand offerings, and revamp our internal visual identity. This included restructuring departments, refining pricing, and implementing new project management systems. I also revamped client-facing presentations, redesigned our pitch site, crafted lookbooks which showcased our work, and developed a digital portfolio to attract new clients. Introducing new meetings for the brand team fostered a positive culture. These initiatives led to the establishment of G5 Creative Studio’s branding arm, providing tailored solutions to RealPage's diverse clientele. With a cleaner design and a more digestible visual identity, complemented by clear and intentional messaging, clients better understand our offerings. The unified brand team operated with more efficient processes, resulting in a 50% reduction in client deliverables and turnaround time, ultimately boosting client satisfaction and revenue generation.
